We spend a great deal of time listening to our clients in order to understand your desires. We orient those new to the Arizona real estate community to the area’s geography, temperature systems, schools and other lifestyle factors material to their decision. We actually plot items on an aerial map of the valley, providing a visual understanding of the area.
From there, we summarize and prioritize the Buyer’s desires, with the understanding that our job-throughout the process – is redirecting focus to your priorities. We evaluate the Buyer’s financial circumstance and – as necessary – facilitate lender sources or other creative avenues.

- Why are you purchasing an AZ home?
- What is your ideal purchase budget?
- What lifestyle components are most important to you ie; easy work commutes, recreational amenities – golf, tennis, cycling, hiking, schools, public transport?
- Who will be living in the home? Will you have frequent visitors?
- What do you especially love (or not love…) about your current home?
We then visit several homes with the Prospective Buyers and discuss what you like and do not like; in order to very carefully focus and fine tune our search-on your behalf. Leave the tedious legwork to us!
